As a Consultant in Customer Care Billing, you advise our customers on administrative matters such as invoices, ownership changes, and payment methods, ensuring smooth processing and a pleasant customer experience.

Your Tasks

• You support our customers with accounting and administrative matters by phone and in writing.
• You regularly cover reception duties and ensure a professional and warm first impression.

Your Profile

• You have experience in a commercial environment or have completed business school. Alternatively, you have worked in a service-oriented area and acquired very good PC skills.
• You communicate fluently in German – both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and initial experience with SAP are advantageous.
• You are communicative, flexible, resilient, and like to get involved.
• Nothing easily unsettles you and you enjoy routine tasks.
