Your tasks

Ensuring the maintenance and further development of the international AACSB accreditation of HSW-FR by managing measures for continuous improvement, compliance with standards, and institutional coordination.

• Responsibility for planning, implementing, and monitoring the AACSB accreditation and reaccreditation process
• Coordinating the preparation of reports, key figures, and documentation for AACSB evaluations
• Monitoring requirements regarding faculty qualification and faculty sufficiency
• Coordinating the Assurance-of-Learning system (AoL) and ensuring the implementation of measures for continuous improvement
• Leading and coordinating contributions from all internal stakeholders involved in the accreditation process
• Observing and analysing AACSB standards, developing recommendations for management, and steering necessary improvement measures
• Representing HSW-FR to AACSB International and maintaining relationships with professional networks in the field of international accreditations

Additional information

• Fixed-term contract for 18 months, extendable
• Employment level: 40-50%

Desired profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Quality Management, Administration, or equivalent education
• Proven experience in independently managing complex projects with numerous stakeholders
• Experience in AACSB and/or business school accreditation is a significant advantage
• High degree of autonomy and ability to lead a strategic project independently
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams and involve diverse institutional actors
• Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify risks, priorities, and improvement potentials
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, ideally also Academ; willingness to learn new IT systems
• Very good French and English skills as well as good German skills
