Your area of responsibility
In this varied role, you are responsible for the personnel and professional management of internal sales of building materials at the Biel location. You report directly to the Head of the Central Region and represent your team at the regional internal sales meetings as well as internally at the weekly shop floor board. Your daily tasks include active assistance with telephone sales, preparing offers and sales orders. You take care of our demanding customers and present sales-effective solution proposals. In addition, you support our customers by providing technical information or mediating.
Your profile
You have a technical basic education with commercial further training or have completed commercial training with corresponding industry knowledge. Ideally, you already have experience in a similar position. Enjoying contact with people and customer satisfaction is your top priority. You are committed, resilient, a team player, and put joint success first. Good knowledge of SAP, CRM Salesforce, and Office programs is an advantage. For our location in Biel, good oral and written communication in both German and French is mandatory.
