The Swiss Conservation-Restoration Campus (Swiss CRC) is the alliance of the four Swiss universities offering degree programmes in Conservation and Restoration . Together, we develop a cross-university master’s level teaching programme and promote collaboration among students and researchers at the national level as well as across language regions.

• Ensure the administrative and operational processes of the Swiss CRC
• Organise and minute the meetings of the two administrative bodies
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, conduct controlling
• Coordinate internal and external communication and maintain communication channels
• Organise two to three major events per year

• EFZ commercial clerk or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in secretarial work, accounting (SAP), controlling or communication
• Very good active and passive knowledge of German and English at level C1 (possibly B2), ideally also knowledge of French and Italian
• Enjoy communication and collaboration with members of the four universities
• Independent and structured way of working
