Your Tasks
- Supporting the ward manager with organisational and professional tasks
- Co-responsibility for leading and guiding the nursing team
- Ensuring professional and patient-oriented care
- Taking on management duties in the absence of the ward manager
- Participating in duty planning and personnel development
- Taking part in shift work
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Contributing to quality and nursing development processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse or health and nursing professional
- Ideally further training as a ward manager or willingness to qualify
- Professional experience in psychiatry or acute care desirable
- Initial leadership experience advantageous
- Organisational talent, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Empathetic and professional approach to people with mental illness
