We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement
Employee Telesales 100% (m/f/d)
Main tasks/responsibilities:
Outbound:
- Conducting outbound campaigns for our existing customers
- Preparing phone calls (campaigns, actions, promotions, the right guide)
- Follow-up campaigns
- Making additional sales (cross-selling)
- Actively informing and convincing customers of our products
- Recording customer orders
- Recording and updating customer data
- Handling customer inquiries and orders
Inbound:
- Receiving and recording orders
- Making additional sales (cross-selling)
- Daily processing of incoming orders
- Daily updating of all incoming customer data in the ERP
- Administrative tasks
Backup responsibilities:
- Recording customer interactions and maintaining master data
- Processing open web shop orders
- Creating goodwill and product reshipments as well as processing credits
- Receiving and processing all customer and customer advisor inquiries, in both telephone and written form (D/F/I)
Requirements profile:
- Completed vocational training in sales or comparable education
- Professional experience in the call center sector
- Solid knowledge of using office applications (Word, Excel) as well as experience with ERP systems
- Languages: Native German speaker in spoken and written form (stylish expression), Swiss German
as well as negotiation-safe in French and Italian - Service-oriented, customer-focused, responsible, positive, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Enjoyment of telephone sales and consulting
- Clear communication and expression
- Quality-conscious, reliable, and efficient working style
