About the job

• Co-responsible for the smooth organisational operation of the teaching activities at the HF Wood
• Participate in the "Acquisition Working Group" and support the acquisition for the Wood Training Offer in collaboration with Communications
• Organise and represent the Wood Training Offer for vocational school visits on site
• Organise and accompany information events, "Open Day", Company Day, first study week and other internal events
• Take over room management at the Solothurnstrasse location

• EFZ commercial clerk with professional experience in administrative, communicative and organisational tasks
• German or French as mother tongue, very good written and spoken knowledge of the other language; English skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner with various stakeholders
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Strong organisational talent and the ability to independently and efficiently prioritise different tasks
