Company DescriptionOur client is an international universal bank with branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, the Romandie, and Ticino. It is successfully active in private customer and credit business as well as asset management. The Basel branch has existed for over 25 years and is to be further expanded. For this purpose, we are looking for an entrepreneurial advisory personality at the authorised signatory level who will build their own portfolio and jointly manage the branch as deputy.
Job DescriptionYour Tasks
- You independently build and further develop your customer portfolio in private customer, mortgage, and investment business
- You acquire new customers through active market cultivation and expand the bank's network in the region
- You examine, assess, and monitor mortgage financing
- You represent the branch manager with authorised signatory rights, represent the bank at events, and participate in internal projects
Your Profile
- Solid banking education with further training (banking diploma, financial planner, university of applied sciences or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in private customer advisory in branch operations, currently at authorised signatory level or with corresponding maturity for this responsibility
- Initial leadership experience or experience in a deputy role
- Intact network in Basel and the Northwest Switzerland region
- Negotiation skills, acquisition strength, and enjoyment of personal customer contact
- Confident German, Italian is an advantage
