Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. Nooch in Wetzikon, inspired by the mood "Cinema Spice", tells the story of an old cinema in Singapore's Chinatown that has become a creative meeting place for culture, diversity and bold ideas. It offers 165 cosy seats indoors as well as another 150 seats on the outdoor terrace, ideal for guests who want to enjoy a culinary break.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Wok Chef (m/f) 100%

Your versatile tasks:

• Prepare mise en place for lunch and dinner service – everything for a smooth process 🍽️✨

• Preparing wok dishes? Just your thing – you independently prepare the dishes on the menu 🔥🍜

• You are a quality professional and maintain the freshness standards of our food offer ✅

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽

• Hygiene is a given for you – you comply with the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is top-notch 📋✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience with the gas wok – you master the art of the wok 🍜

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🗣️

• Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥬
