The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
The specialized medical long-term care and palliative care departments provide space for around 20 residents, of which five places are available for residents requiring ventilation. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking for a qualified, reliable, and committed personality as
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH for Night Shift (m/f/d) – High Care Levels / Palliative Care Department
HPS/PAL, workload 50 – 100 %
In this role, you will support us:
- You will care for the residents during the night together with a nursing staff and ensure correct ventilation management
- You will ensure the nursing care of our residents and promote their well-being and safety
- You will carefully carry out the nursing documentation and ensure a smooth handover to the morning shift
Here’s how you can convince us:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
- You bring experience in acute or long-term care as well as experience in ventilation management or are willing to acquire this knowledge
- You have completed additional training as an expert in intensive care NDS HF or NDS HF emergency care? An advantage for both sides!
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
