About the job
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you bear overall responsibility for growth, market positioning, and commercial success of ISS Switzerland. You translate strategic ambitions into measurable results, manage complex sales processes, and consistently develop the directly led Commercial Organization with around 45 colleagues – with a clear focus on profitable growth, customer benefit, and sustainable differentiation in the market.
As a member of the executive management, you act as a connecting leadership figure with entrepreneurial thinking, strong decision-making power, and pronounced implementation orientation.
Your main tasks:
- Overall responsibility for growth, commercial results, and market positioning of ISS Switzerland
- Leadership and further development of the Commercial Organization with clear performance, talent, and structural responsibility
- Management of strategic sales initiatives and major projects, including negotiation leadership at decision-maker and C-level
- Development and implementation of differentiating value propositions as well as marketable service and solution concepts
- Establishment of effective commercial control models (pricing, margin logics, KPIs, commercial frameworks)
- Active collaboration in international sales projects
Your profile:
- Proven result and closing strength in B2B sales with result responsibility, ideally in a service-oriented environment
- 10+ years of leadership experience in larger, complex organizations as well as in building high-performance teams
- Solid business administration background (university/FH) and very good understanding of complex business and service models
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer and market orientation, high decisiveness, and pronounced leadership qualities
- Strategic and analytical sales competence as well as the ability to structure and implement complexity
- Confident appearance and high credibility at decision-maker and C-level, both internally and externally
- Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience
- Negotiation-level German and English skills, French and/or Italian advantageous
