Product Owner (80–100 %)

iWay AG delivers customised solutions in the areas of internet, telephony, mobile, TV, hosting and cloud as well as data centres. We score with personal and free support and rely 100 percent on Swiss know-how and infrastructure.

Your tasks

• You gather customer and business requirements, translate them into user stories and coordinate them with the relevant departments
• You develop our products strategically and operationally and translate the product strategy into concrete initiatives
• You ensure an optimal customer experience and work closely with development, operations, sales and marketing
• You analyse customer feedback, usage data and KPIs and derive improvements from them
• You maintain and prioritise the product backlog and manage content, scope and order of implementation
• You accept functions and features based on defined acceptance criteria

Your profile

You have:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Further training in telecommunications or IT, ideally complemented by knowledge in market and competitive analyses
• Experience in developing products or services, ideally in an agile environment
• Technical understanding of frontend, backend, network and IT systems
• Very good German and ideally also good English skills

You are:

• Analytical and strong in conceptual thinking
• Independent and structured and enjoy working in a team
