Are you looking for a varied role in a lively and professional team?
We offer a position immediately or by arrangement as
- Advising, supporting, and assisting managers and employees on personnel and employment law matters
- Responsibility for the operational HR day-to-day business from A to Z for the assigned location(s)
- Active participation in development processes
- A commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in healthcare
- A sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
- Ambition to develop yourself and HR at tilia further
- Varied activity with scope for creativity in an open-minded team
