Would you like to play an active role in shaping a premium international menswear brand and creating brand experiences that inspire people? Then join our marketing team and bring the Strellson brand to life across all relevant touchpoints.
As Marketing & Brand Experience Manager, you’ll shape the perception of the Strellson brand throughout the entire customer journey. You’ll develop and implement effective brand activations, partnerships, sponsorship projects and campaigns, and ensure the consistent execution of our brand strategy in international markets.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for planning and implementing seasonal campaigns, lookbooks and content productions
- Developing innovative brand activation and trade marketing concepts for retail, outlet and wholesale channels
- Ensuring a high-quality, brand-consistent and seasonally relevant brand presence at all points of sale
- Working closely with design, brand management, sales and external partners
- Developing, implementing and managing brand collaborations and strategic partnerships
- Responsibility for selected sponsorship and brand activation projects
- Supporting the planning and execution of events and brand activations
- Translating the global brand strategy into local and international marketing initiatives, taking market-specific requirements into account
- Managing and monitoring marketing budgets, and ensuring the cost-effective implementation of projects
Required experience and skills:
- A successfully completed degree with a specialisation in marketing, communication or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 to 3 years’ professional experience in marketing, brand marketing, trade marketing, project management or within the fashion or lifestyle sector
- A passion for brands, fashion, culture and trends
- Strong project management skills, as well as a structured and independent approach to work
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking and a keen sense of brand presentation
- An understanding of relevant consumer needs and the presentation of brands across various touchpoints
- Strong communication skills, the ability to take the initiative and a passion for collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, ideally, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
