Agrisano, a service of the Swiss Farmers' Union, aims to provide ideal insurance protection for agricultural enterprises and the associated individuals.

For our team, we are looking for a Specialist in Agricultural Insurance (80-100%).

Your tasks

Your area of responsibility includes analysing the entire insurance portfolio of your clients, whom you competently advise in building appropriate insurance coverage. You can draw on innovative association insurance solutions. Supporting as well as training and further education of our external insurance advisory service offers you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge not only in insurance matters but also in topics such as labour law, taxes, financing, etc. Project work, writing specialist articles, giving presentations, and conducting courses in agricultural insurance are further exciting challenges you will gladly take on. Thanks to the broad range of activities, you can be deployed optimally according to your skills and interests after the familiarisation period.

You are an enthusiastic person who enjoys engaging with insurance in combination with agriculture and likes to share your knowledge. You appreciate working in a small team but also value your independence.

You offer us

• Higher agricultural education (agronomist, agricultural technician, farmer with commercial training) with the willingness to acquire sound insurance knowledge
• Or very good knowledge of insurance with a strong connection to agriculture
• Very good, confident command of the German language
• Good oral and written French skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills
