Your Craft

• Together with the construction manager, you are responsible for leading the workshop.
• With foresight, you schedule personnel, machine maintenance, and spare parts inventory – ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. You also keep an eye on occupational safety, quality, and deadlines.
• You work with modern tools – from digital reports to clever work planning.
• Thanks to well-thought-out planning and a plan B for every surprise, you always have the machinery fleet under control.

Your Foundation

• You bring solid experience in a workshop within tunnel construction.
• You think ahead, get stuck in, and stay calm even when things get hectic in the workshop.
• Passion for machines and inventory, team spirit, and an open ear for your contacts are part of your basic equipment.
• You speak and write German confidently. You can score extra points with Italian, French, or other languages – and if you are proficient with BauBit and the Microsoft Office suite, even better!
