The Wildpark Roggenhausen, founded in 1903, is considered the "most beautiful deer park in Switzerland" and is a popular excursion destination for young and old alike.
From summer 2026, Restaurant Roggenhausen will shine in new splendour. With seasonal specialties and classic regional excursion dishes, the restaurant invites you to enjoy and linger.
Your area of responsibility:
- Mis-en-place for the preparation of dishes
- Preparation of à la carte and banquet dishes
- Prompt and clean working
- Efficient working with minimal waste
- Keeping your own workplace clean
- Cleaning tasks according to cleaning plan/HACCP
- Checking stocks and timely notification of shortages, passing on required orders to the kitchen manager
- Support at other workstations in the kitchen as needed
- Other tasks as instructed by the supervisor
