Your tasks:
- Looking after our reception and warmly welcoming customers, visitors and suppliers
- Operating the telephone switchboard and forwarding incoming calls
- Handling the central email inboxes
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail including franking
- Creating and recording VeVA vouchers
- Organising goods receipt and dispatch
- Managing office and consumable materials as well as the first aid kit
- Creating notices and supporting administrative tasks
- Supporting various areas in front and back office
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or equivalent basic training
- Several years of professional experience in reception or a comparable administrative function
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of French, further language skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a neat and friendly appearance
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
- Organisational talent and strong service orientation
- Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
