Polymechanic – CNC Small Batch Production
Activities
- Programming, setting up and optimising modern turning-milling machining centres (e.g. DMG MORI NTX)
- Independent machining of demanding workpieces according to drawings and specifications
- Production of small batches (approx. 5–75 pieces) with high quality requirements
- Continuous optimisation of CNC programmes and machining processes
- Responsible inspection of manufactured parts according to inspection planning
- Ensuring process stability, repeat accuracy and part quality
- Active participation in improving manufacturing processes
- Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and ensuring the technical readiness of the equipment
- Participation in optimisation projects and industrialisation of new products
- Support during commissioning of new machines
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic or equivalent
- Several years of experience on complex turning-milling machining centres (ideally 5-axis)
- Solid experience in CNC programming (ideally TopSolid)
- Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
- Strong quality awareness and precise working
- Structured and solution-oriented working method
- Interest in optimisation and new technologies
- Teamwork and reliability
- German language skills spoken and written, English skills advantageous
