The Business Unit Fournitures is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of microcomponents and assemblies for mechanical watch movements.

Your future areas of responsibility

• Leadership and development of employees
• Compliance with quality requirements (GMP), safety regulations and deadlines
• Planning, controlling and coordinating activities in your area
• Continuous improvement of the area, structure, organisation and processes
• Effective collaboration with all departments (production, AVOR, product line and quality, etc.)
• Adherence to and continuous improvement of all applicable processes
• Compliance with and optimisation of costs in the area; timely execution of wage clearing
• On dating of layout changes and inventory changes, etc.
• Regular audits to check compliance with requirements
• Ensuring resources and availability (personnel and own equipment)
• Responsible for appropriate hiring of new employees in cooperation with HR
• Ensuring a deputy
• Planning training and further education
• Presenting the department’s key figures
• Coordinating and commissioning new equipment
• Preparing investment proposals
• Proactive work to achieve defined factory goals
• Being able to handle hazardous substances.

Your skills and competencies

• Completed apprenticeship in a surface-related field (electroplater, polisher).
• Further training in safety, handling chemicals, gases and hazardous substances.
• Many years of professional experience in production.
• Many years of leadership experience.
• Experience handling chemicals and hazardous substances.
• Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of safety.

Languages

German and French, written and spoken
