As a nursing specialist, you ensure professional, resource- and quality-oriented care and support for our residents. Returnees and golden agers (over 65) are also warmly welcome in our team.

Quality and professionalism have a particularly high priority? As a nursing specialist, you have a wide scope for design and are independently responsible for implementing the care process. We work to adapt our structures to the residents and employees - not the other way around. This is also reflected in the duty roster. Your profile:

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent (SRK recognition available)
• High social competence and ability as well as willingness to comply with internal guidelines and implement our philosophy
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Ideally, user knowledge of the electronic nursing documentation LOBOS and knowledge of the interRAI LTCF assessment system
