- Fluent in German and French, with Swiss German understanding; beneficial to speak Italian.

- Receiving customer requests by phone
- Identifying customers
- Finding solutions to customer concerns
- Executing card blocks upon customer request
- Competent and friendly advice to customers in written and telephone form (e.g., in e-banking)
- Handling administrative tasks such as processing correspondence
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and French (additional language Italian is welcome)
- You speak and/or understand Swiss German
- You enjoy contact with people and convince with your empathetic and service-oriented manner
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- Good PC skills are a must
- Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can mostly work from home

- Workload 80 - 100% possible
- Home office possible after the training and onboarding phase
- Starting salary of CHF 4,488.-. The salary is paid 12 times per year. The next collective labor agreement salary increase to a gross salary of CHF 4,519.- will take place in April 2026.
- Up to the 5th year of service, one additional day of vacation per year, purchase of additional vacation possible (you can buy extra vacation days)

- Working hours Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 21:00 (early or late shift), as well as one to two Saturdays per month from 08:00 to 13:00
