HR Specialist

What you will accomplish with us:

HR All-rounder: Independent management of personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from A for employment contracts to Z for references.

Payroll professional: Together with your colleagues, you ensure the monthly payroll process, including social insurances.

Point of Contact: You are the empathetic voice for our line employees on all HR questions and work hand in hand with our HR business partners.

Digital vibe: You have the courage to explore new paths with us and support us in digitizing our processes.

Your profile / Your characteristics:

Foundation: A completed education including further training as an HR clerk, HR specialist or similar with at least 2-3 years of professional experience, payroll knowledge is an advantage

Working style: You work in a structured and analytical way but never lose sight of customer and solution orientation.

Personality: A strong team spirit and open, appreciative communication are a matter of course for you.

Mindset: You love change and bring a good dose of initiative.
