Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for the efficient assurance of material availability considering cost optimization, timely delivery, and compliance with required specifications. Independent handling of the entire procurement process – from demand review through order initiation to goods receipt and invoice verification – including supplier complaint management, in compliance with internal purchasing guidelines.
The working model for the role is: Mainly on-site / home office 1 day.
You are mainly responsible for:
Independent handling of the entire purchasing process – from demand determination through ordering and goods receipt to invoice verification. Handling complaints as well as coordination of imports and customs clearance.
Ensuring timely and cost-optimized material availability. Active problem solving in case of delivery delays and disruptions as well as monitoring supplier performance.
Close coordination with internal departments (e.g., planning, warehouse, SCM) and external suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
Maintenance of master data, compliance with relevant purchasing, quality, and safety guidelines, as well as participation in optimization projects.

Qualifications for the role
Commercial, technical, or logistical basic training
Further training in operational purchasing
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs for reporting tasks
Advanced knowledge in SAP, module MM
Assertiveness and communicative
Outgoing and trustworthy personality
Initiative, developing ideas
