Assistant Project Technician 80 - 100%
As part of a temporary replacement, the Buildings, Sports and Domains Service of the City of Morges is looking to fill the position of:
Assistant Project Technician 80 - 100%
Main tasks:
- plan construction, renovation and development projects based on directives
- maintain the municipal property portfolio
- draw and prepare construction and detail plans, as well as layout plans for premises and installations
- take on project manager responsibilities and ensure site supervision.
We are looking for:
- ES technician diploma or holder of a CFC as an architectural draughtsperson with several years of experience in a similar role
- at least 2 years of proven experience in site management
- a recognised project manager diploma is an advantage
- good knowledge of legal bases and technical standards in the building sector with strong writing and spelling skills
- proficiency in IT tools related to the role (office software, AutoCAD and Revit or ArchiCAD, BIM tools, MS Project)
- knowledge of integrated building management IT tools (EPIQR and Investimmo, Archireport, Batilog or similar, Lesosai and/or EcoSai).
Duration: As soon as possible until 31 December 2026.
