What to Expect- You assess and process benefit claims for old age, death, and disability, including preliminary benefits.
- You handle benefit claims technically. Complex, retroactive calculations are easily and efficiently calculated thanks to system support.
- You update data, conduct audits, prepare benefit settlements and pension recoveries.
- You respond orally and in writing to questions from insured persons as well as specialists from compensation funds, law firms, and fiduciary offices.
What You Bring
- You have good expertise in occupational benefits and several years of professional experience in handling benefit claims in social insurance.
- Ideally, you are a social insurance specialist with a federal professional certificate.
- You speak and write fluent German; French and Italian are advantageous but not mandatory.
- You are a service-oriented personality who thinks quickly and networked, curious and eager to learn.
- You address your counterpart appropriately and respond to concerns in a solution-oriented and appreciative manner.

Expected Salary (gross, based on 100 percent workload)
With our salary bands, we focus on fairness, justice, and transparency: you can expect a salary of 86,800 to 108,100 Swiss francs per year in this position. If you develop yourself or already bring solid knowledge and extensive experience, your salary will be between 99,000 and 123,000 Swiss francs per year.
