Plant Operator (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment
• Preparing and providing raw materials and packaging materials
• Optimising and adjusting machine settings for a smooth production process
• Carrying out quality checks according to specifications
• Detecting and resolving minor malfunctions as well as reporting technical defects
• Maintaining production and manufacturing documentation
• Cleaning the equipment and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations

Your profile

• Work experience as a plant operator or machine operator is essential
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in working with machines and production equipment
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage but not essential
• Good physical condition and resilience
• Good knowledge of German
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
