You can expect a responsible and varied role in a respectful environment. To strengthen our team in comprehensive support at Brüsti 2, we are looking for a
Tasks
- You plan and accompany the development of the residents, design daily routines that promote independence
- You maintain trusting relationships, also with key persons, conduct conversations and provide support in crisis situations
- You implement nursing and health measures
- You organise events, coordinate appointments and occasionally take on transport duties
- You document development processes and handle administrative tasks
- You support the team as a skilled professional in questions from your field
- You assist in the supervision of apprentices and students
Requirements
- You are a trained social pedagogue, care specialist or nursing specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ)
- Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities
- You conduct conversations confidently, actively address conflicts, organise in a structured manner and gladly take on responsibility
