Product Sales Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

To support the growth of our international activities, we are looking for a Product Sales Manager responsible for the Southern European markets, with a particular focus on Italy. At the same time, you will participate in the development of commercial tools and systems to support the sales management.

Your missions

Main SALES tasks

• Identify and contact new potential customers to develop the business
• Selection, training and close collaboration with local representatives
• Understand the technical and operational challenges of customers to propose tailor-made solutions
• Present machines and their functionalities, often at trade fairs or on site, to demonstrate their advantages
• Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery, warranty)

Main TECHNICAL-SALES tasks

• Support foreign subsidiaries (training on offers, details of options)
• Continuous improvement of calculation and offer generation tools
• Analysis and presentation of sales, cost and project statistics
• Contribution to commercial management and forecasting

Your expertise

• Technical training (ES technician or HES engineer) complemented by project management knowledge (an asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Good analytical skills and structured thinking
• Excellent communicator, customer and solution oriented
• Languages: Fluent French and Italian (spoken and written), English is an asset
• Mobility: Availability for regular travel, about 12 weeks per year
