The Social Services office belongs to the Social Department and is responsible for advising and supporting people with social and/or financial problems in the areas of social assistance and adult protection.
For the Services Social Services team, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as of 01.03.2026 or by arrangement
(limited until 31.12.2026 with a prospect of a permanent position)
Your areas of responsibility include
- Client reception and telephone operation
- Providing information to clients
- Intake administration
- Mail processing
- Handling payment transactions at reception
- Cash management
- Archive management
- General administrative support of the service
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Strong communication skills
- Patience in dealing with people in economic and/or personal distress
- Good PC user skills
- Good knowledge of German
- Ability to work in a team
- Precise, reliable, and independent working style
