Are you looking for a nursing position where you have time for people – without night shifts? Then come to us in the psychiatric long-term department, where you accompany residents over long periods and help shape everyday life therapeutically.


Your area of responsibility:
• Individual care and support of our residents – active, attentive and participative
• Taking on key nursing responsibilities and shaping the therapeutic environment
• Working interdisciplinarily in the treatment team: doctors, psychologist, therapists, PBL

Your profile
• Completed training as a Health Specialist or equivalent training
• Experience in psychiatric or psychosomatic settings is an advantage
• Empathy, appreciation and genuine team spirit
• Assertiveness and communication skills
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, resilience and humour that makes everyday work easier
