What you will do:
- You provide basic and treatment nursing services to our clients.
- You are the link between the case-responsible nursing professional and the nursing staff and assist both in employee onboarding and quality assurance.
- You are available on-site for questions from clients and relatives and coordinate with your team colleagues during regular nursing reports if necessary.
- If interested, you will become part of the trainer team and help our trainees achieve a successful completion.
What you bring:
- Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
- At least one year of professional experience, preferably in the Spitex environment
- High social and professional competence
- Independent, flexible, and responsible way of working
- Driver's license category B
