Your new role
A well-maintained, functional and impeccably cleaned property is our best calling card. In your role as a specialist in building services, you are part of a ten-member team. Together, we ensure the flawless technical and infrastructural operation and act as competent contacts for various stakeholders. Your responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance and minor repair work as well as winter services and, if necessary, transport and logistics tasks. Additionally, you take on further duties to support the overall operation, thereby making an important contribution to value preservation and high user satisfaction.
This position is for you if
- You have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance or already have several years of experience in building services with manual skills.
- You work conscientiously, responsibly and independently.
- You possess strong team and social skills and find it easy to interact with a wide variety of people in diverse areas of responsibility.
- You are committed and motivated to contribute to the team.
- You can communicate well orally and in writing in German to liaise with the various stakeholders.
- You hold a valid category B driving licence.

The Infrastructure, Education and Leisure Department (IBF) employs between 180 and 200 staff depending on the season. They have two core tasks. Firstly, the provision of all material, IT and building infrastructure for the six departments of the Directorate.
