Your mission
As an HR generalist in the HR DACH team, you significantly shape the entire employee lifecycle in Switzerland – from recruitment to exit. You ensure that employees at the system headquarters in Zurich, the Swiss core studios, and physiotherapy are professionally accompanied and appreciated. In addition to operational daily business, you drive important HR projects forward to create sustainable solutions together and continuously strengthen employer attractiveness.
What you achieve
- You shape the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to exit – with professionalism, structure, and genuine appreciation.
- You prepare labor law documents such as contracts and certificates precisely and reliably in close coordination with the legal department and ensure careful, GDPR-compliant maintenance and archiving of all personnel data and documents.
- As a trusted HR team member, you support employees and managers with professional and personal concerns and assist solution-oriented in employee discussions when needed.
- Together with the fiduciary and finance team, you take responsibility for payroll and social security matters, prepare payroll accounting, and support audits by social security agencies, tax authorities, and annual financial statements.
- In working time and absence management, you keep an overview, answer questions about time tracking in the HR system, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and communicate professionally with insurers in case of illness.
- You share responsibility for the HR system Abacus and the applicant management system Recruitee, actively develop processes and topics such as employer branding, employee retention, recruitment, and onboarding, and support measures to strengthen team cohesion at our headquarters in Zurich.
What sets you apart
- You have a solid HR education, e.g., a commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an SME or service environment, give you confidence in all personnel processes.
- You are confident and pragmatic in Swiss labor law and social security (including payroll, withholding tax, and relevant audits).
- You convince with pronounced service orientation, empathy, and discretion, and with your communication skills in fluent German and good English; French skills are an advantage. You advise competently and solution-oriented.
- You work structured, independently, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. Organizational talent and analytical thinking are among your strengths, as well as teamwork and confident handling of common MS Office programs.
- You are familiar with HR systems such as Abacus and applicant management systems like Recruitee and bring digital affinity and joy in optimizations.
