Project Manager Pharma Plant Construction 100% (all)

These exciting and interesting tasks await you:
- You lead projects in the field of pharmaceutical water, clean utilities and GMP plant construction technically and commercially – from project initiation to successful handover to the customer.
- You coordinate internal specialist teams such as engineering, automation, planning, production, assembly and qualification as well as external partners and suppliers. Throughout the entire implementation phase, you are the central contact person for customers on technical, scheduling and commercial matters.
- You ensure that project goals regarding budget, deadlines, quality, GMP compliance and documentation are achieved.
- You manage project reviews as well as risk and change management and consistently follow up on open issues until project completion.
- You accompany FAT, SAT, commissioning and handovers and support qualification activities.
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland and, if necessary, also internationally on a project basis.
These qualities characterise you:
- You have a completed technical engineering degree, for example in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or automation, or have a comparable education.
- You have several years of experience in project management in plant construction, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP or clean utilities environment.
- You bring a good technical understanding of water treatment, pipeline construction, automation and pharmaceutical documentation requirements.
- Experience in GMP-compliant project execution, qualification, FAT/SAT, technical documentation as well as structured deviation management is an advantage.
- You communicate very well in German and well in English; knowledge of French is an additional plus.
- You present yourself confidently, think customer-oriented and convince with pronounced communication, organisation and moderation skills.
- You work independently, precisely, solution-oriented and resilient – and enjoy successfully advancing complex projects.
