Operator Electronics Production
You have several years of experience in SMT assembly of electronic assemblies and in hand soldering of components of SMT and THT technology as well as ideally ADI knowledge. You can carry out fine work quickly and reliably and have a pronounced quality awareness. The products you manufacture are visually inspected and checked for defects by you. Based on the documents, you can correctly carry out various manufacturing processes. You work proactively, reliably and achieve a consistently high quality level. You help to further optimise the work processes in terms of efficiency.
Requirements:
e _Sound expertise and training with extensive practical experience with SMT systems (screen printing, SMT placement machine and reflow oven) soldering experience in rework of SMT and THT components
High quality awareness, IPC and MSL knowledge
Reliable, precise and initiative working style
Operate AOI (programming experience desirable)
Flexible deployment for a possible 2-shift operation
Areas of responsibility:
e Preparing and providing orders and aids including material control e Setting up, operating and process monitoring of SMT systems with stencil printer, SMT placement machines, reflow oven and optical inspections e You have a good command of the German language and have experience working according to product and production documents e _Loading components onto feeders and magazines for SMT placement machines e Maintenance work on SMT systems e Carrying out first sample inspection
