Dr. Risch is part of the Sonic Suisse network and offers all essential services around laboratory medicine from a single source. Laboratory medical diagnostics is the core competence of Dr. Risch and is at the centre of the holistic range of services for clinics, doctors, medical practices and other healthcare actors.

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel leadership of the team together with the co-team leader
• Coordination and ensuring smooth operational laboratory operations
• Deployment planning, induction and development of employees
• Ensuring quality requirements and continuous optimisation of work processes
• Participation and leadership of projects as well as introduction of new processes, methods and equipment
• Implementation of measures agreed with the department management
• Cross-location collaboration with team leaders within the Dr. Risch group
• Daily business includes independent execution of analyses in haematology and clinical chemistry

Your profile

• Completed training as BMA HF or an equivalent qualification
• At least two years of proven leadership experience in the operational area with personnel and professional leadership responsibility
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees
• Strong communication, leadership and team skills
• Responsible, solution-oriented and assertive personality
• Networked thinking as well as enthusiasm for further developing processes and actively shaping changes
• Flexibility and willingness to work early, late and Saturday shifts
