Its mission is to promote home care, autonomy and social integration by providing personalised support in each situation and offering a comprehensive range of services.
With its 5 sites and nearly 560 employees, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey supports nearly 7100 beneficiaries across the 16 municipalities of the region.
We are looking for a:
Clinical Nurse (Permanent contract 80-100%)
Your mission- You provide medical-technical care
- You introduce new employees
- You coach teams (care, care process, care records, complex situations…)
- You participate in clinical group meetings
- You support best practices and the development of care quality
- You participate in the implementation of certain projects, concepts, new procedures…
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent training
- CAS in quality and advice or equivalent training
- Transformational clinical leadership
- Ability to apply and adapt practices in complex contexts
- Mastery of all aspects of clinical care and in-depth knowledge of practice guides and care standards
- Pedagogy
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Knowledge of home care is an asset
