- Ensuring smooth operational processes on our "Perlenhof".
- Professional support and promotion of people with support needs in everyday work.
- Maintaining contact with relatives, legal representatives as well as internal and external contacts.
- Maintenance of outdoor areas and fruit trees as well as upkeep of buildings.
- Ensuring animal welfare including occasional weekend shifts.
- Networking and cross-group collaboration with other agogic services.
What you bring with you
- Training as a farmer* or farmer/household manager with a federal professional certificate.
- Experience in working with people with support needs.
- Ideally training/continuing education in the field of work agogics or social pedagogy.
- Independent working style and high flexibility.
- Driving licence category B and solid PC skills.
