TasksIn this role, you are an important part of our dedicated team in the Würth Shop.

We are looking for a committed and responsible personality with a strong service mindset:

• Take responsibility for the Würth Shop in Chur
• Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
• Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and managing goods and inventory
• Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping the guidelines in mind to increase the shop's success
• Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in hardware or similar
• You are a trainer or interested in this training
• You have at least 2 years of professional sales experience
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You are comfortable working with numbers
• Your pronounced sales mentality and willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
• A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
