As a vocational integration coach, you promote, support, and coordinate the career discovery process of
the students of the secondary school and the small group school in Dielsdorf.
At the secondary school in Dielsdorf, about 35 teachers and staff teach and support around
260 students. Our manageable size, the collegial interaction within the entire team, and an excellent infrastructure are some special features of our school.
The small group school in Dielsdorf (KGS) is a special school type A for 15 children and adolescents in challenging situations. Students who are academically, socially, and emotionally burdened find a safe place for their further development at KGS.
With a workload of 40%, you coach the students in their search for
internships and apprenticeships as well as in preparing their application documents. You build and maintain a network of internships and apprenticeships.
For your success, you need a federally recognized degree in social work (FH/HF) or an equivalent qualification in the social pedagogical field and an additional qualification in the field of
vocational integration.
