In Research & Development (R&D), we work in interdisciplinary teams on questions from criminal and measures law, forensic psychology, organizational psychology, and social sciences. Our projects are characterized by their high practical relevance, as they influence both actions in the penal system and judicial and forensic-psychological practice.
R&D is embedded in the Penal System and Reintegration of the Canton of Zurich (JuWe) and is thus part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior. More information about us and our work can be found here: Research in the Penal System | Canton of Zurich
From September 1, 2026 (or by arrangement), we are looking for an auditor for 6-12 months.
This is your field of activity
- You will primarily deal with administrative and organizational law development projects in the context of the penal system and reintegration. You will support project initiation and implementation, e.g., by independently conducting comprehensive literature research and legal analyses, as well as performing legal clarifications in social science research projects and assisting with data collection and evaluation
- You will contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations and support the preparation and execution of workshops
- Additionally, you can participate in various R&D working groups
What you bring
- You have a completed law degree (MLaw)
- You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and are open to participating in various projects
- You are interested in practice-relevant research questions of the penal system
- You are characterized by an analytical and conceptual way of working and are resilient
- Besides a quick grasp, you have a lot of flexibility, are organized, and helpful
- You have excellent German skills (native level), very good English skills, and adequate French skills
