Your main tasks:
- Single point of contact for technical concerns with our customer
- Inspection, maintenance, and operation of building technical devices and systems (control systems, etc.)
- On-site contact person for building users and those responsible regarding building technical systems
- Monitoring and first intervention in case of failures
- Technical management of the development
- Technical management and leadership of a small caretaker team
- On-call duty readiness
- Troubleshooting, performing first interventions and fault analyses during and outside business hours
- Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising internal service providers as well as third-party companies (within the scope of the responsible tasks for maintenance, inspection, and repairs)
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in HVAC or electrical (EFZ) is necessary or completed training as a certified building technician HF
- Connection permit according to NIV 15
- Safety officer - fire protection training or willingness to complete it
- Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage but not necessary
- Several years of experience in operation and maintenance of building technical systems
- Willingness for on-call service
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office skills (MS 365)
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
- Impeccable reputation
- Driver's license category B
