HLP Architekten AG, an architecture and planning office in Effretikon, is looking for a

committed design architect FH/ETH to strengthen our team.

With a focus on creating inspiring spaces, we offer you the opportunity to work in a

creative environment and contribute your ideas to exciting projects. Participate

in demanding construction projects and play a significant role in the realisation of new

building projects.

If you have solid knowledge in project development and enjoy accompanying projects from design to building application, we look forward to receiving your

Tasks

As a design architect, your tasks with us include:

• Project development | Creating project designs of various sizes for new, extension and conversion works, as well as modernisations.
• Project design | Further development of studies, elaboration of preliminary projects including the creation of material and colour concepts
• Project presentation | Visualisation and layout of the created project proposals in 2D and 3D
• Project initiation | Preliminary clarifications with authorities and external specialist planners, creation of final building application plans

Qualification

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Education | completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
• Expertise | creative, innovative competence in the design field and constructive understanding
• Experience | knowledge of Swiss building culture and experience in dealing with specialist planners and authorities.
• IT knowledge | solid knowledge of common CAD and computer programmes such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills | assertiveness, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Working style | independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Language | good German skills in spoken and written form
