• Variety instead of routine: Instead of operating a cluster, you design, build and modernise Kubernetes platforms for different enterprise customers. Every project brings a new starting point, different surrounding systems and new technical questions.
• AI platform from the start: Our AI platform service is currently being developed. You don’t take it over - you build it with us. Red Hat OpenShift AI, GPU enablement, model serving and the question of how Swiss customers operate inference productively and in compliance with regulations.
• Close to the source: Through our collaboration with Red Hat, you evaluate new technologies in our lab and integrate them early into our solutions.
• You help shape - up to technical leadership: You influence our Kubernetes portfolio, new services and our automation blueprints. If you wish, you can also take on the technical leadership of the topic in the future.
• Targeted development: Red Hat certifications, demanding projects and an experienced team support your professional development in the areas of OpenShift, Kubernetes, virtualisation and AI.
• You design and implement complex Kubernetes solutions for enterprise customers - with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift, complemented by Azure AKS and AWS EKS.
• You support customers in modernising and migrating their platforms – from applications on Kubernetes to virtual machines on OpenShift Virtualization.
• You advise on an equal footing, moderate workshops and support sales as a technical sparring partner for offers and tenders.
• You lead technical projects from kick-off to successful completion, working closely with customers, team and manufacturers.
• Several years of practical experience with Kubernetes in an enterprise environment - ideally Red Hat OpenShift, alternatively VMware Tanzu / vSphere Kubernetes Service or a hyperscaler distribution.
• Automation is second nature to you - whether GitOps, Ansible, Terraform or APIs: The tool is secondary, the mindset counts.
• You enjoy architecture, consulting and technical challenges in the enterprise environment.
• Very good German skills as well as technical English.
