Tasks

• Ensuring a well-maintained and perfectly functioning building and premises
• Carrying out maintenance, upkeep and minor repair work
• Supervision and inspection of technical systems, buildings and other facilities
• Independent troubleshooting and coordination of external specialist companies as required
• Regular inspection rounds and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and fire protection regulations
• Support with various technical and manual tasks within the company
• Taking on on-call duties 1 week per month

Requirements

• Completed vocational or technical basic training, ideally with further training in the field of caretaking or building technology
• Professional experience in technical building maintenance or a comparable role is an advantage
• Broad manual skills and interest in diverse technical tasks
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to work flexibly and take responsibility
• Friendly and service-oriented personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
