Spitex Geborgene Hände GmbH professionally, respectfully and warmly supports people in their own homes. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH who enjoys combining nursing work with assessments, planning and administrative tasks.

The focus of your work is on nursing assessments and evaluations, care planning, professional support of caregiving relatives as well as the associated administrative tasks. Depending on experience and interest, you will take on case management.

With us, you can expect a manageable, committed team with clear structures and short decision-making paths. You work fixed office and deployment hours during the day from Monday to Friday without night and weekend shifts.

Our office is centrally located in Zurich-Oerlikon, a few minutes from the station and very well accessible by public transport.

Your tasks

• Conducting nursing assessments
• Creating, adjusting and evaluating care plans
• Professional assessment and careful documentation of the care situation
• Handling administrative tasks related to the care process
• Advising and supporting clients and relatives
• Depending on the agreed area of responsibility, taking on case management
• Support in complex medical situations

Your profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH
• Experience in outpatient care is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Due to our client base, knowledge of Albanian is particularly desired.
• Driving licence category B.
