- you actively shape nursing practice and contribute to ensuring that our patients in complex care situations receive optimal care
- you accompany and empower staff in the
clinical everyday based on current scientific findings and best practice, which you enjoy - through your presence in direct care, you support the teams and promote knowledge transfer
- you initiate and accompany projects, plan and lead internal training sessions, and are committed to the further development of nursing quality
- your area of responsibility includes the development and updating of nursing standards and guidelines
- you are active in specialist groups and are part of the expert conference
Your Competences
- completed Master of Science degree in
Nursing or willingness to complete a corresponding
degree - professional experience in acute care and commitment to actively shaping nursing development
- close interprofessional collaboration, taking responsibility in demanding situations
- empathy and professionalism in dealing with patients
- leadership and communication skills
- shaping change processes and successfully networking
