- Lead and develop: You encourage and motivate your team with your passion, expertise, and an inspiring leadership style
- Live customer orientation: You are responsible for expanding and managing your own customer base in private and corporate client business
- Ensure success: You implement strategic sales goals and, together with your team, make an important contribution to growth in the German-speaking part of Switzerland through targeted new customer acquisition
- Be a brand ambassador: As a representative personality, you strengthen the reputation of Vaudoise in the Bern region and use your network in social, commercial, or sporting areas
