Since 1917, the Salem retirement and nursing home in Ennenda has provided a home for around 70 residents. The facility includes living areas for general care and nursing, a care living group for people with dementia, and a 3-bed hospice with specialised palliative care.

The Salem retirement and nursing home is part of Bethesda Alterszentren AG, a network organisation of various retirement centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, rooted in an open Christian value culture.

Health Specialist EFZ (40 - 80%)

• Co-responsibility for basic and treatment care with the aim of achieving the best possible individual well-being for our residents
• Taking on daily responsibility in the living group
• Maintaining electronic care and nursing documentation
• Organising daily life with the residents

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care
• You bring strong social skills
